I managed to get my hands on this copy of Andy Warhol’s Index (Book) in Tokyo 2011 from a rare and antique book dealer.
It is a 1967 soft cover first edition of the volume issued by The Factory, published by Random House and printed in Japan.
Although the condition of my copy is degraded in places, I wanted to document this book from front to back for the Paperform site and the Internet at large.
